Our established and growing private dental practice is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Practice Manager to lead our front and back office team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our practice. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service.
Daily Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and recall systems.
- Maintain a full schedule, both doctor and hygiene chairs.
- Supervise, train, and support front office team members.
- Verify insurance benefits, assist with treatment plan coordination, and address patient financial questions.
- Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and daily financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate patient records and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Coordinate communication between doctors, clinical staff, and patients.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and overall operational efficiency.
- Assist with payroll, inventory, and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Required: Dental front office experience.
- Preferred: Previous dental office management experience.
- Preferred: Experience using Eaglesoft practice management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy dental practice.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, scheduling, billing, and treatment coordination.
