Commercial Drywall Finishers for an active new commercial construction project.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you do not have experience in commercial drywall finishing (taping and plaster).
This position is NOT for:
- General laborers
- Drywall installers/hangers only
- Residential painters
- Handymen
- Residential remodeling or repair work
Pay
$27.00 per hour Production Bonus
Production bonuses are paid based on productivity, quality of work, attendance, reliability, and meeting production goals.
Responsibilities
- Tape drywall joints.
- Apply first, second, and finish coats of joint compound.
- Install paper and metal corner bead.
- Sand drywall surfaces to a paint-ready finish.
- Perform Level 4 and Level 5 drywall finishing.
- Complete punch list and touch-up work.
- Maintain quality while meeting production schedules.
- Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial drywall finishing experience.
- Experience in new commercial construction is required.
- Must be able to perform Level 4 and Level 5 finishing without supervision.
- Must have your own finishing tools.
- Reliable transportation to Coral Springs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
