What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Marketer position at Confidential Compliance Group?
We’re a startup that helps trucking companies keep compliant with federal filings. We've grown quickly through paid ads since launching last year — you'll build the organic content function from zero and own it, leaning on AI.
This is a performance role. We’ll measure content results by sales driven, not views or shares. You'll own the function end to end — deciding what we publish, producing it, and distributing it across channels — at a scale that's only possible because you lean on AI for every part of it.
You own the what and the how, driven by your own research; we set the broader strategy and the goals you're driving toward.
This role includes
· Industry news — track rule changes, deadlines, and anything getting traction; turn that into content while still fresh. Competitor and forum research will be secondary.
· Multi-modal content — text, image, and video, native to each social platform.
· AI-search optimization (GEO) — citations in the primary generative AI chat tools.
· Channel growth — build the audience across the platforms that matter here.
What we're looking for
· AI fluency, non-negotiable — you’re well-versed in using these tools for content development and sourcing topics.
· Startup track record — you've owned content outcomes without a big team or budget.
· You think in results, not activity, and you're comfortable being measured on sales.
Comp: $60,000–$70,000 to start, full-time, 100% remote. Salary grows with results. Health/dental insurance fully covered after 90 days.
