Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of all GAAP-compliant statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Directly manage and mentor a team of Senior Accountants, overseeing G/L, AP, AR and Bank Reconciliations for multiple portfolios.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls; coordinate with external auditors to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Continuously evaluate accounting software and operations to implement efficiencies and mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in senior-level accounting roles. Management experience required.
- Mastery of GAAP, bookkeeping principles, and advanced financial spreadsheet management.
- Proven ability to direct a team and manage confidential data with high ethical standards. Prior supervisory experience required.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a sharp aptitude for analytical problem-solving.
Salary : $160,000 - $170,000
