Leading digital creative agency is looking for a Strategy Director with deep expertise in B2B marketing, data-driven strategy, and digital ecosystems to join our team supporting one of the most innovative and influential tech brands in the world. In this role, you'll lead strategic planning across integrated campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives—architecting data-informed ABM programs, social strategies, and performance-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results across the funnel.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the strategic lead on a high-profile global tech account—partnering closely with account, creative, media, and analytics teams within a fast-paced creative agency environment.
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies at scale, including target account selection, intent data analysis, account tiering frameworks, and personalized multi-touch engagement programs across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Develop data-driven audience segmentation and targeting strategies leveraging first-party data, technographic insights, firmographic data, and behavioral signals to identify and engage high-value enterprise accounts and decision-makers.
- Lead social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging B2B social platforms—including organic content strategy, paid social campaigns, executive thought leadership programs, and community engagement tactics tailored to technical and enterprise audiences.
- Translate complex technical offerings into differentiated messaging strategies that resonate with enterprise buyers, IT decision-makers, developers, and technical audiences across the buyer journey.
- Architect comprehensive measurement frameworks—defining KPIs, attribution models, and performance dashboards that track engagement, pipeline influence, velocity, and revenue impact across ABM programs and integrated campaigns.
- Drive campaign planning from insight through execution, ensuring strategies are grounded in marketing analytics, competitive intelligence, customer research, and platform data (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense, Demandbase, Google Analytics, CRM data, etc.).
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, optimize media mix, and generate actionable insights that inform future strategy and budget allocation.
- Develop strategic frameworks including positioning, value propositions, messaging architecture, buyer journey mapping, content strategy, channel planning, and go-to-market roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of B2B marketing innovation—providing ongoing POVs on ABM technology, social platform updates, data privacy regulations, AI-powered marketing tools, and emerging strategies for reaching technical decision-makers.
What We're Looking For:
- 8–10 years of experience in strategy, planning, or brand development—specifically within a creative agency, digital agency, or consultancy serving B2B tech clients. Client-side B2B marketing experience is a strong plus but agency experience is required.
- Proven expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), including experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, RollWorks), intent data analysis, account selection methodologies, and multi-channel orchestration.
- Strong technical fluency with marketing data, analytics platforms, and measurement—comfortable working with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua), and attribution modeling.
- Deep experience with B2B social media strategy, particularly LinkedIn—including paid social campaign optimization, content strategy for technical audiences, executive thought leadership programs, and social listening/monitoring.
- Understanding of complex B2B buying cycles and enterprise technology landscapes (e.g., SaaS, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data platforms, hardware, developer tools).
- Proven ability to craft compelling brand and campaign strategies backed by data, insights, customer research, and a sophisticated understanding of the B2B buyer journey and decision-making units (DMUs).
- Experience translating technical and product information into strategic narratives that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable presenting strategic recommendations to senior clients, leading collaborative workshops, and articulating the rationale behind data-driven decisions.
- Highly collaborative and intellectually curious, with a detail-oriented approach to strategy development and cross-functional teamwork in a creative agency environment.
Bonus: Experience with demand generation strategy, product marketing, partner/channel marketing, content syndication, webinar strategy, or emerging AI-powered marketing technologies in the B2B tech sector.
