About the Role:
Join a high-performing team within the Technology & Services group. As a Senior Associate or Vice President, you will play a critical role in executing strategic transactions including M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Associate Level:
- Support execution of M&A and capital markets transactions across Technology & Services management.
- Build detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models) and perform valuation analyses.
- Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to support client strategy.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage data rooms.
- Assist in investor outreach and engagement efforts.
Vice President Level:
- Lead transaction execution and manage deal teams across multiple workstreams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive origination efforts by identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
- Oversee financial modeling and presentation development with a focus on quality and strategic insight.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and feedback.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform client strategy.
Qualifications:
Associate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory, ideally within Tech.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Vice President:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 5–8 years of investment banking experience with a focus on Tech sectors.
- Proven track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships.
- Strong leadership, project management, and business development capabilities.
Preferred Skills (Both Levels):
- Deep understanding of tech and/or software products.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NAIC, SEC, FINRA).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., SNL, Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
