Grading Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate grading and pipe crew activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project requirements.
• Read construction plans and coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce scheduling.
• Maintain daily records of crew hours, materials, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with other foremen, subcontractors, and DOT personnel.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Grade Foreman in heavy civil construction and/or highway projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of GPS technology and safety certifications is a plus.
