Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue goals (site accounts $500K ).
- Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and strategic territory planning.
- Apply consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and identify solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights.
- Expand business within assigned territories and major accounts.
- Manage and grow relationships with small to midsize accounts ($50K–$2M).
- Partner with internal teams to develop tailored sales presentations.
- Conduct follow-up meetings, proposals, and pricing discussions.
- Build long-term client relationships that support ongoing and repeat business.
- Accurately document sales activities in Salesforce.com.
- Maintain awareness of staffing, HR, and local market conditions.
- Travel within the local market to support business development efforts.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
