The Details:
Compensation: $48,000 - $63,000 Performance Bonuses
Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, PTO, & Sick Pay
Focus: Front-of-House leadership with heavy operational support
Top Requirements:
2 years of Management experience in Full-Service/Casual Dining.
Strong FOH leadership skills paired with previous kitchen experience.
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and coaching teams.
