Responsibilities
- Manage all department operations toward budget and business plan goals
- Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, pricing strategy, and obsolescence management
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all accounts
- Hire, develop, and lead department staff
- Enforce departmental policies and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 7 years of Toyota parts operations experience
- Demonstrated success in inventory management, pricing, and team leadership
- Proficiency with automotive DMS platforms; Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
