Daily Workflow:
» Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
» Coordinate with the service dispatcher to schedule service technicians to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of jobs.
» Calculating and explaining charges and processing payments to customers.
» Explaining products, services, offers and options to customers.
» Coordinate with field technicians to ensure proper service delivery and timely arrival at job sites.
» Update and maintain the dispatching system with accurate customer information, job details, and technician schedules.
» Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, notify them of delays, and provide updates as necessary.
» Work with our equipment suppliers to complete repair quotes and process warranty items.
» Provide administrative support as needed, including updating customer records, tracking service requests, and processing work orders.
We’re Seeking:
» High school diploma or equivalent required.
» Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
» Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
» Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
» Proficient in MS Office, primarily Excel and Word.
» Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
» Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
» Must be able to pass a Background Check & Drug Test
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
