Entry Level Aerial Lineman / Ground Hand (1683264) $17 – 25 per hour

Daily Workflow:
» Perform all duties asked to by the lineman/operator/foreman
» Help erect telephone poles, feed fiber, trim trees, dig holes
» Perform heavy manual labor, able to lift 70lbs on occasion.
» Work in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics by crawling, bending, reaching, twisting as needed
» Flag on job sites as needed
» Complete assigned trainings as required
» Work as a team with other crews
» Be on time every day and maintain good attendance (work days typically start at 6:30AM)
We’re Seeking:
» High school diploma or equivalent
» Must be in excellent physical condition
» Must have the ability to work as a member of a team
» Hand and finger dexterity to carry and to use tools and equipment as necessary
» Vision ability: close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus; ability to differentiate between different sizes and colors of wires
» Work flexible hours, overtime, and take 24 hour on call duty rotating basis, including nights, weekends and holidays
» A current class A CDL or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire date
» Possess a flagging certificate or obtain one within 90 days of hire date
» A current CPR card or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire date
» Clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
» Training, Licenses, and Certifications provide by company
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday 6:30am
