Assembler II

Structural Assembler II (1724113)      $21-$25 per hour DOE

Daily Workflow:

» Under direct supervision, assist in the assembly of large shelters and enclosures

» Perform all assembly duties in a safe & efficient manner.

» Extensive use of tape measure and hand tools

» Assist with framework & insulation

» Apply adhesives to surfaces and laminate materials

» Screw or rivet steel exterior panels to framework

» Assist in other operations as required.

» Utilize power drivers, hand held shears, pneumatic drills & riveters

» Operate mechanical shears and press brakes

We are Seeking:

» Physically demanding: extensive lifting, bending and other motions

» Ability to read blueprints of simple structural drawings

» Previous construction, door hanging, or welding experience helpful

» Must have experience using power tools, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment

» Able to pass a drug test (THC OK)

Schedule:

» Monday-Thursday; 6am to 4:30pm (Fridays optional for 6 hours overtime)
