Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Support:
- Assist the Event Coordinator in planning and organizing events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and other special occasions.
- Help develop event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure all aspects are well-coordinated.
- Logistics Management:
- Coordinate event logistics such as setup, registration, catering, transportation, and equipment.
- Prepare and distribute event materials (e.g., programs, signage, badges).
- On-Site Support:
- Provide hands-on support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
- Assist with attendee inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of event details, including budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Handle communications, such as emails, phone calls, and invitations.
- Post-Event Evaluation:
- Assist in gathering attendee feedback and preparing post-event reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of event processes and strategies.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
