You’ll keep phones, calendars, and client reviews running smoothly, call carriers/companies, and pre-fill/complete application & review documents with clients (including e-signature) so client reviews and new client applications are accurate and on time. What you’ll do • Answer and return calls during coverage hours; capture crisp notes and next steps. • Schedule prospect calls, client reviews, and Zooms; keep calendars clean (no double-books). • Prep meetings: agendas, review packets, Zoom/room readiness. • Carrier outreach (Athene, Delaware Life, Allianz, EquiTrust, F, Lincoln): request statements, values, surrender schedules/MVA, riders/fees, RMDs, beneficiary confirmations, illustrations; track to completion. • Applications & review documents (with clients): pre-fill and complete all forms; prepare carrier/custodian paperwork; manage e-signature end-to-end; ensure accuracy so no re-signs are needed. • Documentation & filing: scan/e-file same day; follow naming conventions; keep audit-ready folders. • CRM hygiene (Levitate/TBD): same-day notes and next steps; birthdays/anniversaries maintained. • Social & compliance: submit posts/docs for approval, process redlines, archive approvals, schedule/publish. • Light office admin: supplies, mail, birthday/thank-you cards; keep the front desk welcoming.
