Responsibilities
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail, shipping labels, and courier deliveries
- Maintain mailroom equipment and supplies
- Track and log packages and deliveries
- Organize records and filing systems
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding mail and shipments
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents
Qualifications
