We’re looking for an Assistant Trainer who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact while gaining hands-on experience inside a proven coaching system.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities & Expectations)
As an Assistant Trainer, you’ll work closely with our Lead Trainers and play a key role in delivering exceptional sessions.
Before Sessions
- Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled shift to ensure readiness
- Set up the sound system and select appropriate Spotify playlists
- Prepare Small Group Personal Training workout cards and clipboards
- Set up foam rollers and equipment based on session attendance
During Sessions
- Assist the Lead Trainer in delivering high-quality Small Group Personal Training sessions
- Support member warm-ups and return equipment as needed
- Provide quiet form cues and basic coaching under supervision
- Coach exercises that have been previously reviewed with you
- Answer member questions related to exercise setup, breakdown, and gym etiquette
- Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging presence
After & Ongoing
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the gym
- Refer business, billing, scheduling, or membership questions to management
- Build positive relationships with members and staff

Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required)
- Personal Training Certification OR Exercise Science–related degree (helpful but not required)
- Prior gym or coaching experience (helpful but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
