This role is responsible for managing housekeeping, laundry, and related support services, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The EVS Director leads and schedules EVS staff, develops and enforces policies and procedures, and monitors performance against quality and regulatory standards. Daily activities include inspecting facility areas, coordinating supply and equipment needs, supporting infection prevention practices, and collaborating with nursing and administrative teams to align services with resident care goals. The role also involves training team members, managing budgets, tracking key metrics, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Knowledge of Elder Care needs, safety standards, and infection prevention practices within residential care facilities.
- Proven leadership experience in environmental services or facility support management, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
