Overview
At Confidence Fitness Personal Training we help people aged 40 move better, feel better and get stronger! Plus, we help kids get stronger and faster for sports.

A dynamic and energetic personality to join our team as a Personal Trainer/Sports Performance Coach and is looking to establish a long-term career in the fitness industry. The right candidate is the NPW (Nicest Person in the World) and will want to learn and run our proven system.

We will support the right candidate in acquiring advanced Strength & Conditioning/Sports Performance certifications that are in line with our program philosophy.
Certified/Degree: A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field plus a Personal Trainer certification is required.
Experience: 1-3 years’ experience preferred but NOT required. If you are a recent college graduate or career-changer, please do not let that prevent you from applying. We have a proven onboarding system, plus a built-in professional development track and curriculum to make sure you grow in your career.

Responsibilities
- Conduct primarily youth athlete sports performance and adult small group personal training sessions. Personal training opportunities may also be available.
- Design/adjust tailored exercise programs based on individual goals, physiology, and body mechanics.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, anatomy, and injury prevention.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Promote fitness services and engage in health club sales to attract new members.
- Foster a motivating environment that encourages teamwork and group fitness participation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
