Position Summary
Confiance Cosmetic Group is seeking a Summer Intern to join our team and support a variety of regulatory and compliance initiatives across our client portfolio. This role is an opportunity to learn directly from seasoned industry professionals while contributing meaningful work that supports real‑world product launches.
As an intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience with global cosmetic regulations, assist with product documentation and registrations, participate in compliance reviews, and conduct targeted regulatory research. You’ll be welcomed into a collaborative, small‑team environment where curiosity is encouraged, questions are valued, and your contributions genuinely matter. This internship offers a unique window into how beauty products move from concept to compliant global launch — all within a supportive, small‑team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and organizing regulatory documentation for U.S. and international markets
- Support product registration activities, including data entry in third-party compliance software, dossier preparation, and information verification data
- Help maintain internal databases, trackers, and client documentation
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to process improvements

- Conduct research on global cosmetic regulations, ingredient restrictions, and labeling requirements
- Monitor, summarize, and share updates on new or amended international regulations
- Communicate regulatory team needs cross-functionally and track the status of requests
- Provide general administrative and project support to the regulatory team
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a science‑based or related field of study (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Law, Regulatory Affairs, Public Health, Business)
- Rising junior or senior at the start of the internship
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Able to work on‑site three days per week (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to review information, identify key points, and summarize findings
- Genuine interest in the beauty, personal care, or consumer products industries
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self‑motivated, curious, and comfortable working independently in a small‑team environment
