Overview
Warehouse associates/delivery drivers are the foundation of our business. As such, you will be juggling multiple tasks throughout the day. Your most important role will be maintaining the quality of all rented items and accuracy over orders coming in and going out, as well as assisting with the prepping of inventory for client orders, loading and unloading trucks, making client deliveries to event venues and private residences, installing and uninstalling.
We are constantly on the go! Warehouse positions are NOT a 9-5 job. This position can yield long hours with constant movement and juggling of tasks. Being organized and goal-oriented is going to be a key attribute to excel in this fast-paced role.
A typical weekday starts at 8 or 8:30am and ends at 2:30pm or 3pm. Most weekends are required and the hours vary.
Duties
- Fabricate and assemble products as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols while operating in warehouse.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work weekends when needed.
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, with familiarity in inventory management practices.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
