CNC Swiss Operator

Coneybeare has officially partnered with an aerospace manufacturing machine shop that is currently seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Screw Machinist.

We are looking for a precision-focused professional who can operate and perform setups on Swiss Screw machines (Tsugami / Citizen / Star). This is a long-term opportunity for a machinist who takes pride in their craft and is looking to become a foundational part of a steady production team.

The Role

• Setup & Operation: Perform full setups and oversee the operation of CNC Swiss Screw machines.
• Technical Mastery: Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Precision Inspection: Expertly use micrometers and calipers to ensure all parts meet strict aerospace tolerances.
• Process Maintenance: Monitor tool wear, perform necessary offsets, and manage guide bushing adjustments to ensure part consistency.
