Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a premier manufacturing team in Anaheim. In this role, you will work from complex engineering documents and technical drawings to perform semi-repetitive assembly, testing, and calibration of high-precision electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic subassemblies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Build, test, and calibrate components and units based on intricate product drawings and manufacturing assembly documents.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed company labor standards and production schedules while maintaining a focus on "zero-defect" quality.
- Documentation: Read, interpret, and strictly follow written and verbal instructions. Accurately record all necessary data on production logs and compliance documents.
- Technical Tooling: Effectively utilize a variety of hand tools and sophisticated test instruments, including: Oscilloscopes, Flow tubes & Pressure gauges, Product calibration stations
- Inventory Management: Proactively identify and procure kit shortages as needed to ensure continuous production flow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.
- Manual Dexterity: Experience with hand tools and fine-tuned calibration equipment.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using testing instruments to troubleshoot or verify assembly integrity.
- Reliability: A proven track record of meeting production quotas in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
