- Consumer-Centric Solutions: Enhance the customer journey; lead digital transformation and implement data-driven, customer-focused solutions
- Technology & Innovation: Enable innovation across the organization; improve how homes are sold, built, and delivered
- Strategic Partnerships: Manage vendors and partners to deliver effective, outcome-driven solutions
- Applications, Data & Analytics: Oversee application development, integrations, and advanced analytics to drive decisions and outcomes

Qualifications:

- 10 years of progressive IT leadership in complex environments;
- Direct to consumer industry and eCommerce experience required
- Proven executive influence, leadership maturity, and stakeholder trust-building
- Experience leading AI strategy and customer-centric digital transformation
- Bachelor's required; Master's preferred

- Broad technical depth across infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, and cybersecurity
