Key Areas Of Responsibilities
- Apply accounting principles, regulations, and policies to all work duties
- Verify invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and terms, to ensure accuracy in invoice posting
- Enter bank transactions and perform bank account reconciliations
- Participate in month-end closing (AP Aging reports, journal entries, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
- Assist in gathering required information and supporting documents for the annual audit
- Maintain and file accounting documents, invoices, and supporting records
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- Working experience: 1 - 2 years
- Relevant experience: 1 - 2years
- Positive working attitude, patient, detail-oriented, and flexible
- Highly organized and willing to be a team player
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to read and write English
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).
