We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience in network operations, low voltage management, and facility IT preparation. The ideal candidate will oversee the rapid deployment of IT systems, ensuring the facility is fully operational and technologically equipped within strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have direct oversite of all activities related to IT readiness, including network installation, voltage optimization, and infrastructure installations.
- Manage and supervise third-party vendors, providing oversight and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and on schedule.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, adjusting timelines and resources as needed to meet the fast-paced, time-sensitive demands of the project.
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and facilitate daily morning and afternoon scrum meetings with 3rd party personnel ensuring the daily objectives are met and recorded when they are not.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and safety protocols during all phases of facility IT setup.
- Work directly with 3rd party vendors project management to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly build objectives are communicated, followed up, and escalated as needed.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with project stakeholders and project leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within network operations, construction, video camera installation and facility IT preparation.
- Strong understanding of low voltage cable requirements, network infrastructure, and IT systems integration.
- Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience in facility construction or large-scale IT deployments.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards for IT infrastructure.
