Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group located in Urbandale, Iowa you will:
- Guide new feature implementation with direction from Product
- Improve and monitor workflows to maintain high availability and uptime
- Manage full stack applications with guidance from internal teams
- Lead the implementation/maintainability of core infrastructure
What Skills You Need
- 4 or more years of experience coding in React, JavaScript, Node and/or Java
- 4 or more years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (Github Actions, Playwright, Cypress, etc)
- Experience in state management systems (Redux, MobX, etc)
- Experience in developing scalable data pipelines.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design
- Experience with API design and governance
- Experience with Spring or Hapi
- Experience with leading implementations on team and communicating with stakeholders
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
