What We’re Looking For:
- FE Certification (Fundamentals of Engineering) – required
- Strong interest in structural design—especially concrete and steel
- A problem solver who thrives on supporting field teams and trades with professionalism and clarity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the structural design of buildings and infrastructure
- Provide engineering support during construction, working closely with field personnel
- Help resolve issues on-site with practical, professional solutions
- Collaborate with senior engineers on design calculations, plan sets, and detailing
- Grow your skills through mentorship and diverse project exposure
