We have multiple openings in our 3-D Tooling DepartmentMilling CNC Setup/ProgrammerProgramming: Write and optimize G-code for CNC milling machines using CAD/CAM software based on engineering drawings and blueprints.Setup: Select and load the correct cutting tools, fixtures, and materials; determine the proper sequence of operations. Ability to interpret blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Operation: Operate and monitor CNC machines during runs, making necessary adjustments to achieve quality standards and maximize efficiency.Software knowledge: Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, CAM works) , SolidWorks and familiarity with G-code.Equipment: HAAS Mills and HAAS Lathe EDM Wire and Sinker OperatorSetup: Set up, operate, and monitor wire EDM machines..Technical skills:Ability to interpret blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Experience with various precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, gauges).Software knowledge: Fanuc ControlEquipment: SEIBU Wires, Charmilles Wire and Sodick Sinker 3D Printer Setup/OperatorSetup: Select and load the correct cutting tools, fixtures, and materials.
