Position Summary:
Leadership role will provide direction, guidance, and support to a team of individuals to achieve specific organizational goals and objectives. This role involves acting as a liaison between management and the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Pay:
- 3rd shift starting base rate: $18.52/hour
- Shift differential $2.00
- Ability to earn up to $0.75/hour increase at 90 days based on performance
- Ability to earn up to $0.75/hour increase at 6 months based on performance
- Ability to earn $1.00/hour increase per pay period based on perfect attendance and working posted schedule
- Bi-weekly

- Adhering to all plant safety, quality, productivity policies
- Maintain strict deadlines with limited errors
- Identifies processes to be streamlined and works continuously to find opportunities for improvement

What YOU need:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Critical thinking, planning, and coordination skills
- Ability to operate equipment with various controls and adjustments
- Commit to the overall safety of the work environment
- Must be able to climb and work in elevated areas
- Ability to lift up 60lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic math, reading and computer skills
- Able to communicate effectively through verbal and written forms
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Attention to detail
