The Conestoga Valley School District is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the District Office, Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO) and Director of Finance. This position is responsible for performing necessary functions for the CFOO, the Director of Finance, as well as serving as receptionist for the District Office and providing functions for other administrators in the District Office as needed. Critical areas include welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, coordinating meetings, administering the district’s census program, performing annual verification of school district addresses as reported by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, and providing administrative and clerical support for administration in the District Office.
This position requires an understanding of processes and procedures in the District Office. Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. This position requires excellent customer service, teamwork and organizational skills, strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with members of the community, district personnel and various local and state organizations contacting the District Office. Confidentiality is required. Proficiency in Microsoft suite office products is essential. Bilingual speaking is a plus. High school diploma and office experience are essential. EOE.
