Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lancaster, PA, for a Food and Beverage Manager. In this position, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team, and ensure high-quality service for members and guests. Responsibilities include managing staff scheduling and performance, overseeing budgets and inventory, implementing staff training, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations. The Food and Beverage Manager will also lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure smooth event execution.

- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to ensure member satisfaction
