We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team in a dual role as a Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver at our Kona warehouse location. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, managing inventory and providing exceptional customer service. At times, you will be assisting our drivers to move freight to our valued customers making sure the load is properly loaded and secured. What you'll do
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Manage inventory by accurately tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure all products are stored correctly to maintain organization and accessibility.
- operate small flatbed truck for deliveries, adhering to all safety regulations during route driving.
- provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and clients.
- Perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required to support warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we're willing to train.
- Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Valid drivers license. Experience in driving manual transmission vehicles is helpful.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a delivery driver or courier is a plus.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
