Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance patient safety and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Current state RN license.
- Two years of experience in neonatal intensive care unit preferred.
- CPR Certification.
