Home Services Sales Specialist

Conejo Services is seeking a driven, customer-focused Home Services Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a multi-trade sales role covering the full spectrum of residential home services including HVAC, plumbing, generators, insulation, roofing, and garage doors. You will be the face of Conejo Services in the field — inspecting homes, diagnosing issues, presenting Good/Better/Best solutions, and closing jobs across all service lines.

No single-trade experience required — we provide comprehensive training across all disciplines. What we need is someone who can build trust with homeowners, present solutions clearly, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct exterior and interior home inspections to assess conditions across all trade areas (roof, HVAC system, plumbing, insulation, garage door, electrical panel for generators)
• Diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and present Good/Better/Best repair or replacement options tailored to the homeowner’s needs and budget
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close: initial consultation, proposal presentation, objection handling, contract signing, and job scheduling
• Follow up on all leads promptly via phone, text, email, and in-person visits — speed to contact is critical
• Build genuine rapport and trust with homeowners by under-promising and over-delivering on every interaction
• Assist homeowners through insurance claim processes where applicable (storm damage, water damage, etc.)
• Use ServiceTitan CRM to manage leads, appointments, estimates, and job status — maintain accurate records at all times
• Collaborate with installation crews and project managers to ensure seamless handoffs and 5-star execution
• Participate in ongoing training across all service lines to stay current on products, codes, and best practices
• Generate self-sourced leads through door-knocking, referral programs, networking, and community engagement
• Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, Operations, and Office Staff
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all trade categories
• Represent Conejo Services professionally in the field — clean truck, clean uniform, clean language

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus but not required
• 1 years of in-home or B2C sales experience preferred (roofing, HVAC, solar, pest control, home improvement, etc.)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize effectively
• Before you hit the field obtain a FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate 
• Comfortable presenting repair/replacement options using a tablet or laptop in the home
• Working knowledge of common business tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
• Familiarity with home services trades is a plus but NOT required — we train extensively
• Relationship management skills and openness to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
• Competitive drive with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
