Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Troy, AL at Conecuh Ridge Distillery. The Tour Guide / Brand Ambassador will lead engaging, educational distillery tours and tastings while also assisting with the overall guest experience and supporting retail store operations. This role requires strong public speaking skills, a passion for storytelling, and a commitment to providing memorable, high-quality service to every visitor.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
- Friendly, engaging personality with a passion for guest service
- Ability to learn and present detailed information confidently
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including ticketing and retail systems
- Must be able to work on-site in Troy, AL
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, informative distillery tours and whiskey tastings
- Share brand history, production process, and product knowledge
- Assist with guest experience operations, including check-in and tour flow
