PRN Pay Rates
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Regular Rate: $32.00/hour
Travel Rate: $39.00/hour
Registered Nurse (RN)
Regular Rate: $39.00/hour
Travel Rate: $46.00/hour
Travel pay is available for nurses who live more than 50 miles from the facility, based on the shortest driving distance using Google Maps.

Responsibilities
As an RN or LPN, you will:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
- Complete accurate documentation.
- Work alongside physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident care.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Active South Carolina RN License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Active South Carolina LPN License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
