Asphalt Roller Operator

As an Asphalt Roller Operator, you’ll play an important role in the success of our paving operations. Working closely alongside your fellow team members on a variety of projects, your day-to-day work will include operating steel-wheeled or rubber-tire rollers to compact hot asphalt to correct grade and thickness while ensuring appropriate ride quality.

• Operate asphalt roller machine
• Compact hot asphalt
• Ensure ride quality of roadways
• Be able to use a Lute, Shovel and Plate Tamp
• be able to pinch a seam
• Be dependable and on-time for scheduled work days
• Must be willing to work and help the crew not all seat time.
