What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Corporate Finance position at Conduit Power?
JOB SUMMARY:
Support CFO with corporate and project-level growth, including capital planning, capital markets initiatives, and equity and debt financing. Support business development through financial modeling and deal structuring for distributed energy merchant projects, small-scale BTM projects and Data Centers focused on thermal energy and battery storage. Develop financial models, investor presentations, and transaction materials for internal and external stakeholders, including private equity sponsors and financing counterparties.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field plus 6 years of experience in the following: conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis in a power or energy-focused accounting or finance role; Excel and complex financial modeling; GAAP accounting; and presenting financial data clearly in Excel and PowerPoint.
