About The Role

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills.
• Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls
• Be able to perform and meet processing standards in a fast-paced, large payment processing environment.
• Using multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking is required
• Respond to Employer inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, research/resolve payments, and log all data
• Communicate appropriate options for resolution promptly.
• Inform callers about other payment options available and assist with proper remittance information
• Provide peer-to-peer training when requested
• Assesses payments to provide posting immediately or require follow-up for client resolution.
• Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
• Performs routine payment processing activities concerning business products and services.
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and fingerprinting.
• Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
• Good attendance/punctuality.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative teamwork.
• Technical ability to use computers with multiple apps at the same time.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of banking/data entry experience.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $16.50
