Shipping Clerk

Training Pay: $15 per hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Post-Training Pay: ABC Piece Rate

Location: Onsite in Lexington, KY

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00am - 7:30pm EST (falls under clean desk policy)

Training: 8 weeks

About The Quality Operator Role

As a Shipping Clerk at Conduent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping processes. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to work collaboratively with your teammates will directly impact our success. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize basic computer skills to manage shipping-related tasks efficiently throughout the shift
• Demonstrate a strong focus on quality and attention to detail in all shipping processes
• Execute daily shipping responsibilities with a sense of urgency, meeting both daily and immediate deadlines
• Efficiently prioritize tasks while multitasking to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain an excellent attendance record, contributing to the smooth flow of shipping operations
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to clear a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600 - $33,250.
