About The Role

Responsibilities
- Preparing weekly legal reports for presentation to senior executives within the company
- Preparing other materials on behalf of the Legal Department and drafting summaries (meeting minutes) for the company’s quarterly Board meetings.
- Handling legal mail duties, executive signature requests, and other administrative responsibilities for the Legal Department.
- Managing the General Counsel’s calendar and supporting the team with other projects as needed.
- Serving as a point of contact for the Legal Department and liaising with several internal and external contacts.
- Advanced written communication skills with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate information accurately and effectively. Demonstrates strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to create visually impactful communications by selecting the most effective methods, formats, and design elements to convey information and drive understanding.
- Be a reliable and available team player.
- Able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
- Maintain consistent exercise of unbiased judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Have the willingness and patience to learn and develop new skills.
- Having a B.A. with good academic performance in relevant subjects.
