About The Outbound Mailroom Team Lead Role
The individual who fills this position will be responsible for managing a team of 15-20 members. The team handles a large volume of outbound mail that needs to be sent out timely every day. As an Outbound Mailroom Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload, ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,920-$39,900.

- Process time sheets and payroll
- Monitor team activity
- Maintain order in the work room
- Responsible for disciplinary action
- Be ready to work hands on to meet deadlines
- Assist with hiring new team members
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass a background check
- Able to lift up to 25lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license
