Mailroom Team Lead

Location: Onsite in Plano, TX

Pay: $18 an hour, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Central time

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Mailroom Team Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive team, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for running all reports timely and accurately
• Ensure that team members are reviewing, printing, and mailing reports out timely
• Post reports in leadership chat hourly for visibility
• Ensure all emailed letters are printed and mailed
• Make sure all certified mail and all printed material is delivered to post office to be mailed each day
• Manage team schedules, performance, and behavior
• Will be trained in all processes
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or GED required
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Dependable and able to work full-time onsite

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $18.
