Mailroom Associate Pay Rate: $15 per hour Location: Lexington, KY Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-Clean Desk Pay is $ 15/hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Mailroom Associate to support banking operations through accurate, high-volume transaction processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Slicing mail open, sorting and scanning mail. Scanning QC of mail. Placing boxes in box room to prepare for shredding. Once paper mail is done help with Data Entry work for Mailroom. Maintain productivity during the workday and assist with preparing remaining work for the next day at shift end. Working a clean desk policy means that you may have days that you work longer than others Requirements Attention to detail with accuracy and good eye-hand coordination Ability to lift to 15-20 pounds Must be able to work overtime as required Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time Open minded with a positive attitude Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Benefits: Full-time employment 401K Career Growth Great Work Environment Eligible for PTO/Vacation time Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
