Control Desk Associate

Location: Lynnfield, MA

Pay rate: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30pm

OT during quarterly peak periods.

About the Insert Operator Role:

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Control Desk Associate to join our operations team. This role is responsible for ordering inventory for all departments, making sure materials are stocked daily and organized. Job duties are subject to change at anytime. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and capable of performing physical tasks and basic equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order inventory
• Stock and organize materials.
• Do weekly and monthly inventory audits.
• Regularly lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background check and/or drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.50.
