Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be able to submit to a background check.

Summary:

As a (Team Lead) Transaction Processor you will be supporting a team and our client’s Tag Distribution for testing and programming new tags.

What you will be doing:

• Managing a group of processors to achieve department goals.
• Conduct weekly touchpoint meetings with your assigned team of TPs to provide performance feedback and communicate benchmarks for performance.
• Assist the Supervisor in assigning work tasks to TPs, make recommendations for scheduling, and take an active role in the training of new hires.
• Assist with attendance records processing as required. Be able to act as a supervisor stand in as needed.
• Possess good writing skills and be able to communicate effectively to clearly convey status updates and report system and procedural issues.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
