Field Marketing Manager

ConductorOne
San Francisco, CA Full Time
POSTED ON 4/4/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/2/2026
ConductorOne is the first AI-native identity security platform that protects every identity: human, non-human, and AI. With powerful automation, platform-level AI, and out-of-the-box connectors, it centralizes access visibility, enforces fine-grained controls, enables just-in-time access, and automates user access reviews across all apps. It’s easy to use, quick to deploy, and trusted by enterprises like DigitalOcean, Instacart, Ramp, and Zscaler.

We're seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to activate and own the execution of our field presence at industry events, trade shows, and regional activations. Reporting to our Senior Director of Field and Partner Marketing, you'll sit at the intersection of partner go-to-market, field execution, and revenue acceleration.

You'll be instrumental in enabling partners to articulate how identity must evolve for the AI era, while also driving ConductorOne's presence in the field — ensuring every event, activation, and co-marketing program is executed with precision and tied to pipeline outcomes. This role gives you unique visibility into how our marketing investments translate to revenue, with the opportunity to build scalable programs that amplify both partner and field success.

Field Marketing Execution

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and hosted events — including logistics, booth experience, vendor coordination, and budget management
  • Develop and execute pre- and post-show campaigns in close collaboration with sales and SDRs to drive attendance, engagement, and pipeline follow-through
  • Partner with the Senior Director to ensure field activities align with regional account-based marketing strategies and broader pipeline goals
  • Track and report on event ROI, attendance metrics, and sourced/influenced pipeline

Partner Marketing

  • Support partner-centric product launches and solution announcements — coordinating messaging, timing, and promotional activities across internal and external partner networks
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners that demonstrate how ConductorOne partner solutions address the identity challenges created by AI, cloud-native architectures, and non-human identities
  • Support the development of partner marketing toolkits — including pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, and co-branded collateral — that help partners position AI-native identity management
  • Coordinate partner participation in industry events, co-hosted webinars, roadshows, and partner advisory councils; manage joint field activations with alliance and channel partners
  • Execute MDF-funded programs and co-marketing initiatives, ensuring partner investments are tracked and delivering measurable outcomes

Content & Enablement

  • Create compelling partner-focused content (case studies, white papers, blog posts, webinars, solution guides) that showcases joint value propositions and demonstrates how ConductorOne enables secure AI adoption at scale
  • Develop field-facing materials that support regional sales motions and event follow-up

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing program effectiveness, field event performance, pipeline influence, and ROI to continuously optimize efforts
  • Maintain visibility into how field and partner investments translate to sourced and influenced revenue

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in partner, channel, field, or ecosystem marketing
  • Demonstrated experience executing trade shows and industry events end-to-end — from planning through post-show follow-up
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), identity governance (IGA), or AI identity management is a strong plus
  • Understanding of how AI is transforming enterprise security and identity requirements is valuable

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management skills — you can manage multiple partner programs and field events simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Creative content creator who can develop compelling materials with SMEs and adapt sophisticated positioning for different partner and field contexts
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working across sales, product, field marketing, and external partner organizations
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing impact, event ROI, and partner engagement metrics
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strategic thinker who can connect field and partner programs to broader revenue objectives

Bonus Points

  • Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms
  • Background working with system integrators, MSPs, or technology alliance partners (especially those with AI, cloud, or security practices)
  • Existing relationships in the identity, cybersecurity, or AI ecosystem
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Track record of aligning partner and field marketing for regional or account-based strategies
  • Experience in emerging technology categories or with AI-focused companies
