Conductive Electric LLC is looking to hire a reliable 2nd–4th Year Apprentice Electrician to join our growing residential electrical team.
We are a small but growing electrical company based out of the Arvada/Denver area. We focus heavily on residential remodels, custom homes, ADUs, service upgrades, and high-quality electrical installations. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, learn the right way, and take pride in clean, professional work.
Position
2nd–4th Year Apprentice Electrician
Pay
$22–$30 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, skill level, and ability to work independently.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday–Friday. Occasional overtime may be available depending on workload.
Job Responsibilities
The apprentice electrician will assist with and perform electrical work under the direction of a licensed electrician or journeyman, including:
- Rough-in wiring for residential remodels, additions, ADUs, and custom homes
- Installing boxes, drilling, pulling wire, stapling, and making up devices
- Trim-out work including switches, outlets, light fixtures, fans, recessed lighting, and smoke detectors
- Assisting with panel work, service upgrades, and circuit additions
- Troubleshooting basic electrical issues
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Reading basic plans and following layout instructions
- Communicating respectfully with homeowners, builders, and other trades
- Following company standards, NEC requirements, and local inspection expectations
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have:
- 2–4 years of electrical experience
- Active Colorado apprentice registration preferred
- Basic understanding of residential wiring methods
- Ability to safely use power tools and hand tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to show up on time consistently
- Ability to work well with a small team
- Clean, professional attitude around customers and general contractors
- Basic hand tools preferred
