Conductive Education Center of Orlando (CECO)
CECO is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Teacher to join our mission-driven nonprofit. We provide life-changing educational and life-skills programs for individuals with neurological motor disabilities, using our unique Conductive Education approach.
This full-time position focuses on delivering developmentally appropriate, differentiated instruction to promote students’ cognitive, physical, and socio-emotional growth.
Compensation:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- ESE Endorsement required
- Preferred: FL Professional Teaching Certificate (PreK–3rd) and ASL proficiency
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide small-group and individualized instruction tailored to each student
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and adjust programs
- Collect data, track progress, and implement behavior strategies
- Integrate Conductive Education principles into daily instruction
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to assist with physical tasks and student mobility
